Fit for Life Whether you’re already an experienced athlete or just starting a fitness program, Adrenaline Monkey has classes designed for all levels. Our classes range from the familiar to the exotic with everything in between. The only prerequisite is a curious spirit and an ounce of adventure.
Group fitness classes are $16 per class or FREE for Adrenaline Rush Members!
Not ready for a membership commitment? That’s okay, our $145 punch passes are a great way to save money without committing to a membership. Each pass includes 10 pre-paid visits that can be used anytime. Punch Passes expire after one year giving you plenty of time to spend those visits.
Manic Monkey Boot CampClass Days: Monday | Time: 6PM – 6:50PM | Instructor: Andy Isaacs
This hardcore plyometric class will teach you the skills necessary to conquer any obstacle. The structure will vary between a group fitness class and actual course instruction. We’ll use med balls, weights, BOSUs and more to help you master any obstacle that comes your way! The class will be challenging but all fitness levels are welcome.

Ninja Boot CampClass Days: Tuesday | Time: 9 – 10 AM | Instructor: Sandy Conochan
Ninja Boot Camp is not your everyday boot camp class! Sandy will get your day started off right with this high-intensity workout that will focus on building strength and muscular endurance while improving your cardiovascular capacity. We will utilize a wide variety of equipment (including kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc.) and while spending time on the ninja courses. This type of class allows us to implement a large variety of movements into our workouts, resulting in a full body challenge, without the boredom that comes with performing repetitive exercises. Every exercise is modifiable so all fitness levels are welcome.
Cubed Core ConditioningClass Days: Saturdays 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am | Instructor: Matt Levy, Fitness Cubed
Fitness Cubed offers big results through small group training. This 45-minute whole body workout incorporates elements of gymnastics, barbell work, kettlebells, conditioning, and puts focus on each area of your body to tone your muscles and burn away fat.

BEGINNER OBSTACLE TRAININGClass Days: Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Adult OCR night on Sundays from 7-8:30 pm
Are you a weekend warrior? Do you have an upcoming mud runner or ninja obstacle race? Do you watch the wee warriors with envy as they tackle obstacles with joy and without worry? Have you wondered what you could do on those Ninja obstacles? It is time to take a chance, be in the moment and free your inner warrior. This class is designed to teach both novice warriors the technique needed to conquer all of the obstacles you see on TV! Like any sport, strength is only half the battle; with effective instruction on the correct technique, you can master the sport of ninja. If you still are not convinced, after each class we will reward the funniest fail with a copper mugged cocktail!
